- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless we cover it due to an error on our part.
- Return Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Items returned in unsellable condition may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- Refund Processing
- Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Photos of the damaged or defective product may be required for verification.
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, please follow our Return and Exchange Policy. Exchanges are subject to item availability, and if an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds for Home & Kitchen Products
Home and kitchen items, including appliances and cookware, must be returned unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Products that have been used, assembled, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged.
- International Orders
