Refund Policy

At Lane of Rogue, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully to understand our refund procedures.

 

✅ Return & Exchange: What’s Allowed

  • Most products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. (The Economic Times)
  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) intact. (The Economic Times)
  • If something is defective, damaged, or not as described, a return or exchange is allowed under those terms.

 

⚠️ Exceptions / Special Conditions

  • Some items may have shorter return windows or be non-returnable (e.g. undergarments, etc.) depending on product category or promotions.

🔄 Return Process

  • Initiate the return via the website: go to My Orders, select the item, and request return or exchange.
  • Pack the item well, include all original packaging, tags, invoice etc.

 

💵 Refunds

  • Once the return is accepted and processed, refund is issued via the same payment method.
  • The refund process usually takes 7-10 working days after the return is picked up / received.
